FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
There is no delivery charge. We provide all our customers with Free Shipping on all orders!
We ship worldwide. We’ve partnered with leading postal carriers and shipping services that operate across more than 180 countries and islands around the world. Our international orders are delivered within approx.15-30 business days. For information regarding shipping, please refer to our Shipping Information.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or by PayPal. Our store uses the secure PayPal Express payment gateway, which you can use to pay by Debit/Credit (All the major card providers) or by PayPal.
NB: You do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit/credit card through the PayPal payment gateway, simply proceed through to our store checkout and then on the PayPal gateway page select the ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’ button.
Our standard delivery times for FREE Shipping are approx. 15-30 Business Days, depending on your region and your local postal service. For our latest information about our shipping schedules in your region, please check our Shipping Information page.
What about Express Delivery?
We don’t provide an express delivery service (courier service) because of the considerable extra cost that our customers would incur. Express delivery services will typically cost a lot more than the canvas prints themselves and are more likely to incur customs fees. For these reasons we choose to ship simply via standard Postal services, with tracked delivery. This may take a little longer than express couriers, but will be absolutely free.
We Provide Tracking For All Orders
Your order will be updated with shipment tracking details within approx. 3-5 business days after your order ships.
Tracking Notes
For some destinations shipped via Free Shipping, tracking details may not be updated until the final leg of the journey, when the package is out for delivery.
For some shipping companies, it may take approx. 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on our system.
For some international shipments, there may be several days or weeks between tracking updates – it can take a number of days for a package to move between postal distribution centers while in transit to its destination.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to process your return. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. All orders can be cancelled until they are processed for shipment. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled and you will need to wait for the item to be delivered before returning it back to us and claiming your refund.
