How do you ship packages?

Our canvas prints are packaged in rigid tubes for protection of the canvas in transit and are dispatched by postal carriers worldwide. Packages in the USA may be shipped via USPS or UPS and in Canada via Canada Post. UK shipments will be shipped via Evri or Royal Mail. Deliveries across mainland Europe will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, PostNL, Correos for Spain and PostNord for Scandinavia. Australasia deliveries are handled via Australia Post and deliveries in Asia via Singapore Post. Some orders may be shipped via DHL or TNT, depending on the weight and size of the package.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, your order will be updated with shipment tracking details within approx. 3-5 days after your order ships.

TRACKING NOTES

For some destinations shipped via Free Shipping, tracking details may not be updated until the final leg of the journey, when the package is out for delivery.

For some shipping companies, it may take approx. 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on our system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

For some international shipments, there may be several days between tracking updates – it can take a number of days for a package to move between postal distribution centers whilst in transit to its destination.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We ship internationally, and whilst most of our customers report no duties/taxes due, your purchase may be subject to a small import duty depending on your country. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

CURRENT RESTRICTIONS

There may be some remote and islands that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those regions we will contact you upon receipt of your order. Please note that due to current restrictions in global logistics, we are temporarily unable to provide shipping to the following countries: South Africa, India.
