Do we ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly provide free shipping to over 180 destinations across the globe. However, there are certain locations where shipping is unavailable. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to location restrictions, we will contact you promptly. 

When will I receive my items?

Most orders are delivered in approximately 10-15 business days, depending on your region. Please refer to our shipping schedules below for estimate delivery timescales for your region:

How are packages shipped?

We take great care in packaging our canvas prints, carefully rolling them and shipping them in protective tubes to ensure safe transit. Our deliveries are managed by leading international postal carriers worldwide: (including, but not limited to: USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Evri, Deutsche Post, DHL, PostNL, Correos, PostNord, Australia Post, Singapore Post etc). Depending on the weight and size of the package, some orders may be shipped via express carriers such as DHL or TNT for optimal service and efficiency. 

Do you provide tracking information?

All orders are shipped with tracking details. Your order will be updated with tracking details soon after your items have been shipped.

(i) For some shipping companies, it may take approx. 3-5 business days for initial tracking information to synchronize through the system).

(ii) For logistical reasons, some items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. (

iii) For international shipments there may be several days between tracking updates - it can take a number of days for a package to move through regional postal distribution centers in transit.

What about customs fees / tariffs?

We ship internationally, and while most of our customers report no duties/taxes or tariffs due, your purchase may be subject to a such charges depending on your country. We are not responsible for any such fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages that may be shipped to you may be subject to customs fees / tariffs when they arrive in your country.
